"Timshel" is an English form of a Hebrew word from the story of Cain and Abel.
Loosely translated by John Steinbeck in his novel East of Eden, it's an invitation
to use the power each of us has to change ourselves for the better.
My approach to hypnosis and coaching is best described by that single word.
